Me on top of the world

Here I am hiking in Canmore (Ha Ling Peak) with my friend Scott (taking the picture) - probably one of my more insane hiking endeavors, but at least I was in tip-top shape at the time. Its pretty much straight up and straight down with a pretty spectacular view of Canmore at the top. I have a lot of exercising to do to get back into shape for all the hiking Amanda has promised to drag me on.... Yippee for happy, healthy goals.
