The End of the Road

Technically, the road does pass the east end of town, but it rapidly looks more and more like a trail... at least until it gets to the tank farm.

The roads are really this red too.

Okay.. going to go out and be outside so I can track red dust back into my house later and another batch of photos.

O! I love the red dirt road! I really love red dirt in general. I've never been to PEI, but I know they have red dirt, and in Mandeville Jamaica they have red dirt...I just love it!!! There's something so attractive about it! Keep posting great pics!

One day I would love to go to Baker Lake to the geographical centre of Canada! How neat!

Baker Lake is stunning, although I have to admit that the red plants in the fall are even better than the roads. The roads are dusty... and the dust tracks in everywhere and gets in everything, until the fall rains come, then you are forever tracking it in as red mud. Glad I have a broom.
