It does indeed look like Prickly Saxifrage
Thanks Clare. I don't know what I'd do without you. I really appreciate the identification assist. I still want to go back and check out the leaves since prickly saxifrage is supposed to have interesting leaves. Not today though - today is supposed to bring a high of 8, rain and winds in excess of 60 kph
