I See a Pink Moon Arising

Well, I got up too late to see if there were amazing Northern Lights - as it was nearly sunrise and already light out, but there was a pink moon hanging just above the horizon to the southwest of town and I thought I should share it for my mom's sake.  She likes pink.

Otherwise, we are into Science Fair Phase 3 and I'm wishing that I'd gotten a few more hours of everything in this weekend, particularly sleep.  Still, its the brightening time of year and wind not withstanding, they are predicting temperatures of -8 C for Wednesday or Thursday - and lots of snow - so not much chance of seeing the nothern lights.  Looking forward to going for hikes once the weather gets better.

What a beautiful moon. I don't think I've ever seen a pink moon before! I was looking at blogs on blogger and came across yours. You have a lot of talent! Care if I follow your blog? You can follow mine as well? I look forward to reading more of your work!

Thanks for all the positive reinforcement. I always find it hard to blog in the winter, since my blogging is driven by photos and going outside to take pictures when its typically -30 C or colder, well, just doesn't happen.

Feel free to follow... no promises on the frequency of content updates before the summer and in the summer I usually avoid my computer like the plague...

I'll have to check out your blog.
